The Sous Chef that we are looking for will be able to run all sections of the kitchen, including pastry, understand Modern British and French techniques, be a health & safety expert and understand that presentation, flavour and quality are the most important part of the finished product.

-Great attitude

-Willing to learn how to develop and build up a business

-great team manager, must be patient and motivational

-Experience dealing with paperwork, orders, suppliers, GP’s

The Sous Chef will be interested in structure, be diligent and have good time management
