Event Sous Chef – High End Clientele -London
A luxury event caterer based in East London – Hackney is looking for a sous chef for their brigade. A role that enables a chef to cater at parties and events across London and the home counties, without the stress of restaurant A La Carte service.
The ideal candidate will be one who has previous experience of catering as well as having been classically trained in a Rosette/Michelin/5 Star Hotel. The food that this event caterer serve is constantly pushing culinary boundaries and is at the top end of the Events companies in the UK.
As a sous chef you must be comfortable to be customer facing, be creative to come up with bespoke menus, be organised and efficient in preparation for the events and passionate about the hospitality and catering industry.
The salary for this role is very generous, a sous chef is expected to take home at least £35,000 per year.
