Event Sales Co-ordinator – Maternity Cover – Buckinghamshire

A luxury 5 star resort in Buckinghamshire is looking for a maternity cover role.

This stunning venue is looking for an experienced event sales co-ordinator with hotel and event background to work at this incredible and prestigious resort.

The role:

· Planning and full event co-ordination

· Ensuring sales targets are achieved

· Producing and distributing weekly function sheets and liaising with all departments to ensure smooth running events

· Booking and liaising with suppliers on behalf of clients

· Conducting show rounds for potential clients

What we are looking for:

* Confident communicator with great sales technique
* Organiser with attention to detail and proactive approach
* Previous experience in event sales, ideally in a 5 star environment.
* Experience using Opera software
* Maternity Cover for up to 12 months
