A multifunctional events space is looking for an Event Operations Executive to join the Events team.

As Event Operations Executive you will ensure the smooth running of the events and an optimum service level.

Key responsibilities:

* Planning and delivering events once they have been confirmed with the sales team
* Conduct site visits on a regular basis with clients and suppliers
* Ensuring that all financial information relating to events is recorded accurately

The candidate:

* A minimum of two year’s event experience in large venues
* Experience of operational event management
* Excellent communication verbal & written skills
* Ability to work with private and corporate clients on all levels
