Serving Modern European Cuisine with French influences to very high volume of customers, the brigade requires a strong manager with an impressive resume.

The Salary for the executive sous chef can stretch to £40,000 for a great candidate. The shift pattern will be dependent on business demands but averaging around 50 hours.
