We are looking for a Sous Chef for a top-notch Modern European Restaurant in the Heart of the City of London. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a great structured environment with a great work life balance!!

* lunch and dinner shifts! early finish! (10.30 pm)
* Mainly Monday to friday
* Amazing standard of food using fresh and seasonal ingredients
* Paying up to £23.000 per annum (hourly pay)

* Ideal experience in high-end environment as Demi Chef de Partie
* Strong training and quality control skills
* Attention to detail and good administration skills
* A good attitude
* Longevity in your previous jobs
* A positive attitude for problem solving
* An enthusiastic approach to work and a cool head under pressure
* A great Chef who is enthusiastic about this opportunity and building a rapport within a great kitchen.
