We are seeking a passionate and hard working Demi and Chef de Partie who Is looking to establish their career in a prestigious regional Hotel. You will be offered the chance to learn for top quality chefs and refine your skills in a quality and nurturing environment serving a creative modern British and European dishes.

This Hotel has 2 restaurants- a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant serving Gastro Pub style dishes and a Michelin restaurant.

Car Preferred for travel

* 48 hours contract
* 47 Chef brigade
* British Modern/ European -all Fresh, Seasonal cuisine, locally sourced
* Closest station: Ascot
* 5 days on, 2 days off
