We are looking for an extremely dedicate, creative, passionate, foodie Sous Chef

You will be working 4 days on and 3 days off, great work life balance!

Beautiful British produce, freshly delivered to your kitchen daily

Menu changes daily, according to the Catch

Rosette and Michelin experience ideal,

The Sous Chef that we are looking for will be able to run all sections of the kitchen, including pastry, understand Modern and French techniques, be a health & safety expert and understand that presentation, flavour and quality are the most important part of the finished product.

-Great attitude

-Willing to learn how to develop and build up a business

-great team manager, must be patient and motivational

-Experience dealing with paperwork, orders, suppliers, GP’s

The Sous Chef will be interested in structure, be diligent and have good time management
