New opening in the heart of Mayfair, City of London- Grand opening will be in October.

French cuisine with modern European twist.

This new opening in Mayfair is currently doing dinner only but wants to launch lunch and brunch.

They have sites Las Vegas, Miami, Rio, St Barths, Monte Carlo, Ibiza, Dubai.

The Executive Chef is a really nice and chilled guy- There is no shouting and it is a very supportive kitchen with training and developing for all chefs. Internal promotion and progression is very important.

This is a good working environment, they all work hard together but have fun doing it!!!

* Demi Chef de Partie (£26,000)
* Commis Chef (£24,000)
* Around 55 hours a week
* 7 shifts
* 2 double 3 single
* 120 seater restaurant – currently do 250 covers for dinner
* Looking for people with good quality, high volume background
* Staff meals and chef whites provided

What we need from you:

* Strong communication skills
* Passport and visa where applicable
* Proof of address ie bank statement or utility bill
* Food Hygiene Certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
* 2 years of reference contact details or written references
* National Insurance Number and bank details
