This is a restaurant based role within a 5* Hotel in Central London. We cater for both hotel guests and visitors, in our 100 cover restaurant.

We serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner daily, in a brasserie style service, based around English and French cuisine.

This is a fantastic role for a chef de rang, we are offering:
