* Excellent training provided in a brand new, state of the art kitchen
* Opportunity to work with British ingredients of the highest quality, from the land and the sea
* Good knife skills and confidence required with quality restaurant experience
* Passion for fresh seafood and British cuisine essential
* Must be keen to learn- opportunity to work on crustacean bar
* Must thrive under pressure and have experience with volume covers
* Enthusiastic and a team player
* A high standard of personal presentation
* Excellent attention to detail with great communication skills essential
* 48 contracted hours- however chefs must be flexible during the opening period!
* Attractive salary package of £26,500
