Awards/Rating: 1 Michelin Star, 2AA Rosette

Position: Chef de Partie

Chef Hours: 60 hours per week

Covers; up to 120 on a really busy day

Brigade; 14 chefs

Salary: 25K for the first 3 months and then they would introduce TRONC so potential to make 28Kpa

What we would ask from you:

* Experienced chef
* Preferably fine dining, michelin experience
* Organisational skills and understanding of all UK HACCPS procedures
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
