Antipodean ingredients focused restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their 10 chef team.

We are a neighbourhood restaurant in Marylebone, founded by a big name in the industry. Our food offering is seasonal, and ingredients focused with influences from all over the world.

This is the job for you if you have experience in high quality simple ingredients, and if you want to expand your knowledge about products and cooking techniques.

You will be working alongside a team of talented and experienced chefs, helping out on all the sections.

The essentials about the job:

* Small kitchen – close team
* Modern European meets Asian Cuisine
* Founded by a celebrity chef with many restaurants in London

What we need form you

* Knowledge of fresh and seasonal ingredients
* A good knowledge of different flavours and spices
* A positive attitude and value for teamwork

You will be working 7 shifts per week, 2 doubles and 3 straights. Service does not carry on till too late in the evening.
