Salary: £11.00-£14.00ph + Holiday Pay and NI Contributions

Location: London

Are you looking to work lots of hours, starting ASAP and working until Christmas at a fantastic Fine Dining Brasserie based in Soho?

If so we have a great opportunity available for you!

50 – 60 hours a week 7-8 shifts.

Large brigade 9-11 chefs

Working with a world class chef

You must have at least 3 years’ experience working at Chef De Partie level

You must be experienced and strong in all sections across the main kitchen

This is a unique position, offering you the chance to grow within the hospitality industry and develop further culinary knowledge.

Our Minimum Requirements:

* You must have a minimum of 3-4 years relevant industry experience
* Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
* Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate.
* Chef Whites and Safety shoes
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
* Conversational, if not fluent English
* UK Bank Account and National Insurance Number
