We are looking for experienced Chef de Partie to join this beautiful hotel in Channel Islands! Duties will include developing and learning new recipes, daily preparation and presentation of food and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean. This position requires a good level of English, good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will have previous Pastry Chef de Partie experience and a solid work history – at least 3AA Rosette experience required

* Michelin kitchen
* 45 hours per week + paid overtime!
* Team of 10 chefs
* Immediate start
* Support finding permanent accommodation
* Competitive salary of up to £28,000
