We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Chef de Partie who wants to learn from the best of the best.
This restaurant emphasises on sourcing unique and quality native British produce to create elegant and playful contemporary dishes.
Here it is about the ingredients and utilaising what the seasons has to offer. The Head Chef is a true genius with knowledge in quality produce and how to bring out the true essence of it with out having to drown it with spices.
Keeping it simple and allowing the ingredients to shine.
Currently at 3 Rosettes they are pushing for a Michelin Star.
This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to learn and have an understanding of the importance of great produce.
The Chef de Partie salary is up to 25k.
