Chef De Cuisine Fine Dining Restaurant Hong Kong
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become the Chef De Cuisine – Head Chef for a fine dining restaurant situated within one of London’s most exclusive 5 Star Hotels.
As the Chef De Cuisine you will be responsible for managing a brigade of 30 chefs in a fine dining restaurant that serves contemporary European cuisine in a relaxed and informal environment.
The Chef De Cuisine is a hands-on role where you would be responsible for driving the kitchen team forward ensuring world class modern cooking is consistently delivered. You would also be responsible for training and developing your brigade and leading by example in relation to standards.
You would also be responsible for overseeing all back of house, stock and hygiene issues for the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will be a classically trained chef with at least three years’ experience as a Senior Sous or Head Chef in a fast-paced quality restaurant. Modern management skills also needed to drive and motivate the team.
