A Restaurant which is run by a celebrity chef is looking for a hardworking Chef de Partie to join their highly acclaimed team.
If you would like the opportunity to work in a Michelin star kitchen, under a very famous chef, where you can learn and develop your skills this is the perfect role for you.
This Michelin Star winning kitchen serves modern European food cooked to the highest standards.
All the food is sourced from the finest suppliers every dish has the highest level of attention to detail paid.
Working in such a prestigious kitchen is an opportunity not to be missed for any driven chef who wants to add a year- two years of experience in an amazing restaurant to their CV.
This strong chef brigade can handle up to 100 covers a day in the fast paced environment.
You must be prepared to work at least 9 shifts a week.
The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience working in a Michelin star or Rosette awarded kitchen.
You need to be passionate about food, be organised, work at speed to keep up with the fast paced nature of the kitchen, as well as a desire to learn as the potential for career development is huge.
Your knowledge of modern European food should be of a good standard and you should be of a high standard in HACCP and food hygiene.
The basic salary can be up to £24,000 based on previous experience.
