This high volume, fish focused Brasserie is hiring a strong Chef de partie to work on their Vegetable and Garnish section in Central London.

Salary from £24 to £26K

7 to 8 shifts per week

Chef has to have experience in high volume

Experience with fresh fish needed

3 days off per week
