Call Centre Manager- Multinational Premium Company

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Call- Centre and Customer Service Manager to join a Multinational Premium Company.

The Manager will be the guarantor of customer satisfaction as well as be an effective liaison between all channels to deliver a consistent customer experience.

You will ideally possess experience in call centre management from an international environment with strong leadership and people management skills. You will also have a high level of fluency in English oral and written. Additional local languages would be an advantage but not necessary.
