British Restaurant – Ealing -Sous Chef

A produce driven restaurant in Ealing is looking for a strong sous chef for their kitchen.

The head chef has a very impressive background, having worked in Rosette and Michelin restaurants, so ideally the sous chef should have a similar quality background.

The menu boasts some of the best British ingredients in the UK so this is a great opportunity for a chef who has an interest in working with quality.

The Sous chef is expected to work 8 shifts a week, be a strong manager, have menu input, be well presented, calm, respectful of food and others in the kitchen and be a hard worker.

Due to the location being in Ealing, it would be helpful if you live near there or have a car to be able to access the site.
