Assistant Manager – Volume All Day Brasserie
We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager for an immediate start!
We run an American style Steak House in Central London. Offering the very best cuts, dry aged, from British, Irish and American suppliers, USDA Prime. Steak is our signature dish, but we also offer an excellent complement of British seasonal food, from the very best suppliers.
We like to provide extremely high levels of customer service, always going the extra mile for our customers. Therefore we are looking for extremely friendly, and genuinely good natured people to work with us, as our customers come back time and time again, not just for the food, but for our staff.
We love to train and develop in house, so great team players are a must, and candidates that would like to progress within their career.
We have a 320 cover restaurant that caters everyday dining, as well as for events and large parties. Open Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner, Saturday for breakfast lunch and dinner, and Sunday for lunch.
You will be in charge of ensuring the smooth day to day running of the restaurant, and overseeing and guiding a team of waiters and head waiters. Therefore previous experience in a quality high volume busy restaurant is absolutely necessary.
We are looking for:
* Experienced Assistant Managers/ Floor Managers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
* Worked in Volume quality establishments
* Candidates with a passion for food and beverage
* Great customer service and leadership skills
* Friendly personalities, who love to work as part of a team
* Someone willing to develop and progress with the company
* Candidates who enjoy working hard in a busy quality establishment
