Assistant Manager in a Refined Dining Restaurant, Seasonal British
We are looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to come and join our team.
Based around a three part business; a shop, a restaurant and a bakery, we are open Monday to Sunday for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Serving Seasonal British food, in a farm to table style. We provide 5* customer service in our refined dining restaurant, offering a 2 Rosette experience in our town house location, where we have been based for the last 25 years.

We are looking for ideally:
* Hospitality professional
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn
* Someone with a passion for food and beverage
* A minimum of 1 years previous experience in a similar role at a Rosette or Michelin level
