We need an exceptional late night Assistant General Manager to come and drive our business in Central London.
We are a quality late night venue, that incorporates a restaurant, private dining room and bar across two floors. We are passionate about our ethically sourced produce, from meat to veggies, and dedicated to serving the best BBQ menu! Slow-smoking our meats on site for the freshest, most authentic tastes.
Opening hours – Dinner every day + Brunch at the weekends.
We offer live music 7 nights a week, and are looking for a General Manager who will use this opportunity to follow their passion in creating the best late night, live music bar in London.
The role needs an experienced Restaurant Manager, with a proven history of working in quality, volume bars and clubs and restaurants. This is a big and busy site, and the Manager in charge will need a thorough knowledge of all back of house paperwork including; Compliance, Budgeting, Rotering, Costing, P&Ls, Flash reports, Stock takes etc.
The Restaurant Manager will be adept at creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for the guests and a friendly, professional workplace for the staff. This company has a strong ethos for training and developing team members, from internal progression to rewarding excellent talent, so experience leading a large team will be beneficial.
The ideal Restaurant Manager will enjoy a hands on approach to work, have great communication skills and will be looking for an exciting new challenge.
