Assistant Catering Manager, London, 18k

Monday – Friday role in SW London. The opportunity to earn more with any extra hours that may be required, reporting directly to the General Manager.

About you:

* Previous experience in supervisory FOH roles with contract catering
* Motivated and strong leader
* Always willing to go the extra mile
* Hard working and not afraid of getting your hands dirty
* Well presented

About the role:

* Working in the front and back of house to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of the catering services
* Responsible for the training and supervision of staff
* Assisting the General Manager with ordering of food and supplies
* Assisting in the monthly stock take
* Developing food and beverage service
* Assuring all deliveries are accurate and received in a timely manner

Please note, this is a temporary position that will evolve in to a permanent one. As the venue is within a governmental site, applicants will be required to go through a security screening.
