Role

* You will be key in ensuring the smooth running of our business
* You will have exceptional organisational skills
* You will also be digitally savvy, versatile and happy to turn your hand to a range of tasks including diary management, invoicing, website maintenance and compiling presentations and reports
* You will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an office environment and be able to demonstrate efficient working practices
* Deal with telephone and email enquiries
* Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
* Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
* Manage and conduct a regular schedule of systems and website updates

You

* An effective communicator at all levels
* The ability to multi-task on a daily basis, work under pressure and prioritise tasks and workload
* Meticulous attention to detail, deadline sensitivity, and very strong skills in personal organisation and work-flow management
* A self-motivator, willing to take initiative, with a positive and strong work ethic, passion for learning, impeccable integrity, and a sense of humour
* Ability to use a variety of software packages (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint) to manage data and produce documents and presentations
