We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

An excellent office manager is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. You will be positive, have a strong work ethic, passion for learning and impeccable integrity

The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization


* Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
* Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
* Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
* Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
* Provide support with Purchasing and Invoices
* Dealing with payments and expenditure requests and reconciling with invoices accordingly
* Dealing with ad hoc purchasing requests, researching products as necessary on internet etc
* Liaising with suppliers as necessary
* Look after the facilities
* preparing letters, presentations and reports
* supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff ( there will be one )
* liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
* implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
* attending meetings with senior management
* Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and security services

Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.


* Proven Experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant .
* Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Hands on experience with office machines ( e.g.fax machine and printers)
* Expert in outlook and familiar with other email scheduling tools
* Excellent time management skill and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
* Attention to details and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skill
* A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
* High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
