£30K Sous Chef – Modern Turkish Cuisine

We are passionate about excellent fresh ingredients, seasonal produce and continuous creation of new dishes.

We change our menu daily, have a sharing plate concept and are looking for a talented Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef to come and join our brigade of 6.

We are cooking a traditional Turkish and Cypriot Cuisine with modern twists.

Shifts of 8am – 4pm or 4pm – 11:30pm daily.

6 – 7 shifts weekly (approx. 55 hours)

CLOSED SUNDAYS + MONDAYS

No experience required with the cuisine, full training provided

Menu development and dish creation will be a big part of this role

Progression + development available. Progression to Head Chef available within 18 months.

We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge. A Sous Chef who is ready and keen to take on more responsibility, autonomy within the kitchen and is yearning to earn the Head Chef Position.
