We are looking for a real people’s person to be the go-to for their brides, grooms, and clients-from enquiry through to the big day!

You will work across our clients East London sites. These dry hire venues will give your all the opportunity to plan everything from the aesthetics to the production in collaboration with your clients.

As the Wedding and Events Coordinator, you will:

·Take enquiries and host site visits across all locations

·Liaise with suppliers in lead up to events

·Create detailed function sheets communicating all arrangements of each booking

·Be there on the day to welcome your clients and ensure that all arrangements are executed to perfection

As the Wedding and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for your client’s big day. With that in mind we are looking for a charismatic coordinator, who is a brilliant communicator, big on detail and loves nothing more than to provide their guests with the best experience.
