SOUS CHEF GASTRO PUB / FREELANCE / IMMEDIATE START / £15-20 PER HOUR
Change is seeking a strong Sous Chef for a well-renowned Gastro pub client. Freelance position. Immediate start. £15-20 per Hour
The ideal candidate would have experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef, with a volume and current British background. So, experience is essential in British cuisine and the ability to deal with 200-300 covers a day, keeping a positive attitude, attention to detail and a passion for British food.

- Rate Dependant on experience and immediate availability.
- £15 to £20 Per Hour
- It would suit an experienced Sous or Head Chef.
- You will be paid weekly.
- PAYE -National Insurance contributions and Holiday pay.
- The role will be 48 + Hours a week.
- It will be, on an ongoing basis, an opportunity for a permanent role.
- Limited Company Chefs welcome only where clients are outside IR35, where the small Company Exception applies. Which we can advise you.
*Our Sous Chef Gastro Pub minimum requirements
- Be able to start from Wednesday next week, 26th of May.
- You must have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
- Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate
- Allergen Certificate
- At least two written or telephone referees/references.
- A Great Command of English
- UK Bank Account and National Insurance Number
