Job Description
We are looking for a Sous to support a Kitchen Brigade of 70 chefs in total for a Michelin restaurant, situated within a hotel.
Contracted hours - 48
Basic salary of £45,000 plus ca £15,000 service charge.

- The ability to lead, train and motivate your team to get the best results
- General Kitchen Management experience
