Job Description
We are looking for a Sales and Events coordinator looking for the next great step in their events career.
You will be working for one of the most prominent caterers in London, based at a Central London venue, known as a historic treasure. You will be working within a team of four, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities will include both reactive and proactive sales, marketing administrative duties and planning and communicating your event detailer diligently.
As the Sales and Events Coordinator, you will:
·Create efficient submissions of quotations, contracts, and function sheets
·Respond to enquiries in a timely manner and make proactive sales calls
·Conduct site visits and menu tastings
·Represent both your team and the venue within the industry community
·Research and communicate industry trends for marketing purposes
·Keep all online listings up to date
·Build and maintain relationships with clients and key agents and platforms, to encourage new and repeat business
