Job Description
We are excited to be recruiting a Restaurant Manager on behalf of an all-day restaurant set in the heart of Brixton. The venue is a bustling all-day neighbourhood Restaurant & Wine Shop. A Saturday Brunch & Sunday Roast destination, the kitchen opens every day, offering brunch, lunch, and dinner.
Do you have the drive and passion to motivate a team to offer the highest possible standards of customer service? Do you have a hands-on approach to managing? Do you enjoy being in and amongst the action of service? Then this could be the Restaurant Manager role for you!!
About You:
- Knowledge in all aspects of FOH – Can you make a barista level coffee and shake a cocktail?
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager or other Senior Manager role
- Full of fun and unique ideas to generate new business opportunities
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Believe in team development and cultivating a creative and enjoyable work atmosphere
