We are looking for a Head of Events for a contemporary bar and restaurant group in London.
As the Head of Events, you will have proven experience in proactive sales and planning of a variety of events, from private, to corporate and weddings.
As the Head of Events, you will:
- Sell and plan a variety of bookings-from private dining, exclusive hires, and outdoor events
- Work on proactive sales – networking, attending wedding fairs and event trade shows to represent the brand and building local contacts within the community
- Work on reactive sales – conducting site visits and responding to daily enquiries in a timely manner
- Planning through ongoing correspondence with your clients, hosting tastings and corresponding with suppliers and the operations team
We are looking for a charismatic people person who is a real go getter and hungry for the sale. My client is open to your event background as long as you have these attributes and want to grow the business, eventually this role could turn into a group sales and events role with a team beneath.
