Job Description
We are excited to be recruiting a highly experienced General Manager for this exceptional, high-profile restaurant in the heart of the busy neighbourhood area of Notting Hill.
You will need to be very hands on as well as have experience managing within a fast paced, fine dining environment as well a proven background of delivering the highest guest experience!
About you:
- Have experience Managing within a high profile neighbourhood environment
- Possess unparalleled leadership skills
- The ability to run service with military precision, managing dining time as well as guest expectation & experience
- Possess excellent Food & Wine knowledge
- Have strong Back office & Financial management skills
- At least 2yrs experience within a similar role and environment
