Conference & Events Administrator

London

£27 - 28K per annum

We are looking for a Conference & Events Administrator to work on internal and external events for a venue based in London.

The candidate must have great organisational skills and must be a strong communicator. You must be a quick learner and used to working with CRM systems, as well as responding to all incoming enquiries in a timely manner.

You will be working in partnership with the Head of Conference and Events, Conference & Events Manager, Senior Conference & Events Coordinator to ensure best practice in the delivery of events

Experience within events is a must as you will be responsible for the onsite management of events including creation of timeline, escorting speakers, greeting participants, ensuring catering is set and IT team is prepared for streaming.
