Chef De Partie, Black Sea Summer Contract, Quality Casual Eatery
The Change Group are acting on behalf of an exciting beachside, quality eatery on the Romanian Black Sea. We are currently looking for a dedicated and organised Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team for the summer season. You will be working with a menu influenced by the executive chef’s experience working at high end restaurants across Europe and Asia.
You’ll be working seven shifts a week, so you will plenty of time to enjoy the sun, beach and warm sea on your days off. Flights are paid for and accommodation is included and you will be paid a salary equivalent to €1300 per month. As a chef de partie you will be expected to have strong knowledge of all hot sections but also be eager to learn skills.
You will be joining a brigade of eight chefs and the contract will run from late April/ early May until the start of October.

Chef De Partie - Must Haves
· Passion and enthusiasm for cooking quality produce to high standards.
· Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within a high quality or rosette environment.
· Great communication and organisation skills with a team player mindset.
· Impeccable health and hygiene standards.
· EU passport
