We are looking for the ideal candidate to fill the exciting role at a London based stadium as a Catering Operations Manager, working across a variety if events in their conference and events spaces.

As the Catering Operations Manager you will:

·Ensure that all events are delivered to the high standards of the stadium, maintaining its exceptional performance credibility

·Work within the stadium’s health, safety and hygiene requirements and ensure that your team do also.

·Support the Operations Managers in communicating with and encouraging your team

·Be responsible for orders and stock take, along with all cash and credit stock sheets.

·Investigate revenue inadequacies and cost variances relating to each event.

Amongst other responsibilities:

You will have at least two years experiences in conferences and events and be an enthusiastic team player, who leads by example. You will be used to working within tight deadlines and have a passion for exception service.
