Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager for a luxury service office in London. You will be joining a welcoming and tight knit, can do team, who are service driven, and client orientated.
Reporting to the General Manager as the ideal candidate you will:
·Support the General manager in leading both the team and office operations
·Ensure that the offices are always shown at its best
·Ensure all suites are prepared to each client’s requirements ahead of their move in date
·Be on top of administrative duties
·Be on hand with your team for clients-on move in and out days, as well as throughout their hire period
·Proactively build and maintain relationships with all clients and office contacts
·Ensure health and safety procedures are being adhered to
·Be a positive go to for your GM, team, and clients
As an Assistant General Manager of this rapidly growing 5* boutique collection of service offices, you will approach situations with positivity, initiative and be dedicated to deliver. You will have previous experience in team and people management and ideally in events and hospitality. You will be a team player and leader, with lots of character and impeccable presentation.
