The Change Group is now recruiting for an international business who are about to launch their latest exciting new venue in London.
Your role will be to deliver great customer service throughout the attraction and make the visitor’s experience a memorable one.
Responsibilities include ticket sale processing and mailing, handling reservations for future shows using the in-house ticketing system, sales and data management, ushering guests inside the venue, looking after visitors and audiences, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that the gallery is always welcoming and at its best.
Full time & Part time working hours will vary each week between:
9am – 5pm / 2pm – 7pm / 10am – 2pm
or a flexible casual contract of shifts to suit your schedule
Hourly Rates of Pay £8 + holiday
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and hard working people with previous customer service experience preferably gained within an art gallery, retail or hospitality setting.
