Jimi recently relocated back to England after building his career overseas for almost 15 years. Starting his travels abroad by working as a Head Chef for Wagamama in Australia in 2005, Jimi was soon promoted to opening chef and travelled the country to oversee the launch of many sites. He spent a few years in Australia before moving to Relais De Coche, a stunning fine dining restaurant in a medieval village in Tourette’s Sur Loop, South of France.
Continuing his travels, Jimi then hopped back across the pond to New Zealand to work in consultancy for a variety of F&B businesses, before going back to Australia to join TCBA as Executive Chef and completely overhauling the South East Asian concept.
Jimi has headed up all kitchens for ELPC as Executive Chef since 2018, and has great ambition for the growth of the company.
