Adam Handling will be opening his latest venture in Belmond Cadogan Hotel later this month. The menu will include the ‘Best of British’ whilst taking a sustainable zero-waste approach whilst carefully sourcing top quality seasonal ingredients. Adam will have a total team of 90 looking after the six main elements – the restaurant, the bar, Cadogan’s, the private dining room, the terrace and the room service. We cannot wait to get in to try what we know will fast become one of London’s top spots.

Not only does it possess a 24ft crystal-encrusted statue of Pegasus, (Damien Hirst’s largest piece of artwork to date) but Brasserie of Light has caught the attention of foodie fanatics across London. The menu, a mix of classic British and internationally-inspired dishes, is headed up by Emanuel Machado, former Head Chef of Balthazar in Covent Garden. Dishes include favourites such as the Shrimp and Avocado Burger, Blackened Cod and Rib Eye Steak.

A new restaurant is coming to Islington and it’s ALL about the sausage. Serving up grab-and go bangers, the team behind the concept, travelled through 14 different European cities to source sausages for the menu, so we are expecting great things. In charge of creating the recipes are James Tanner, from Tanners in Plymouth and Francesco di Marzio, former Executive Chef at The Greenhouse.

The debut restaurant from Tom Brown, has opened in Hackney. Cornerstone (which is named after an Artic Monkeys track) is overseen by the chef who has had plenty of seafood experience. With Tom originating from Cornwall, the menu boasts a vast array of seafood plates such as Grilled Octopus, Line Caught Cod and Potted Shrimp Crumpet along with other tantalising dishes which change seasonally.

Hicce (meaning ‘current of the moment’ in Latin) has just opened in Kings Cross. Brought to you by Pip Lacey and Gordy McIntyre, Hicce serves modern dishes cooked over an open wood fire. The menu highlights Pip’s skills for using the barbeque as a fuel source, whilst Gordy’s fantastic knowledge about drinks has created a carefully curated list of wines, craft beers and cocktails.

With over 150 restaurants world-wide, Din Tai Fung needs no introduction. Taking prime spot in the centre of Covent Garden the London flagship restaurant also features a unique cocktail bar with sizeable ques to be expected. The menu includes authentic Taiwanese signature dishes such as, Pork and Vegetable Wontons, Steamed Chicken Soup and Xiao Long Bao’s.
