Change is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, senior Chef de Partie to work in an exceptional French Restaurant. The job starts ASAP and will be ongoing until Christmas.

The Head Chef has been trained by some of the best Michelin Start Chefs in the industry, and has a wealth of knowledge to share with a passionate Chef like you.

* This will be a contracted job lasting 5-6 weeks
* Shifts are Monday to Friday
* The rota will consist of 8 shifts. 3-4 doubles and 2-3 singles.
* 8:30am starts, and finishing around 4pm for singles, or 10:30pm for doubles.

Candidates must have previous experience in refined/fine dining establishments. If you have knowledge of French cuisine, and have previous experience in Rosette or Michelin kitchens, we are keen to speak to you.

You must have a positive attitude, perform well under pressure, have a strong passion for food and have close attention to detail.
