We are looking for a brilliant Demi Chef De Partie to come and join our kitchen brigade. We are based in central London, and are part of a well-regarded group of restaurants,

Ideally, we are looking for a demi chef de partie who is keen to develop and progress within a company. We can offer an excellent array of discounts and company benefits, alongside a good work life balance.

We offer an authentic Mexican cuisine, in a refined restaurant environment. Working within a brigade of 11 chefs, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. There will a lot of work with fresh fish and seafood within this role.

The Job:

* 50 hours weekly

Ideal:
