We are looking for an ambitious and Creative Head of Operations to run multiple events for this exciting event catering company.

The Role:

* Manage, inspire and develop a team
* Manage health and safety and food hygiene aspects of events up to the highest standard
* Manage relationships with partnerships and suppliers
* Plan and deliver exceptional events
* Manage the warehouse and catering logistics

The Candidate:

* Must have previous team management and solid leadership experience
* Must have a solid catering background preferably from an event caterer with a high level of customer service
* A creative foodie with a passion to push boundaries to deliver excellence
* A great problem solver with the skills to remain calm under pressure
* Solid business acumen and financial skills with the ability to use excel to a good standard

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing events and catering business within London

The candidate will be a key member of the central sales and events team and will be required to engage in some pro-active sales and reactive sales enquiries and major account management hitting the ground running. This role will have a big focus on Christmas Parties, Weddings and Corporate Parties in multiple London venues.

Managing a team of 4 sales and event planners in both the central office and venues the regional sales and event manager will be a key member of the team.

This is a great role for someone looking to progress within a lovely growing company. A charismatic and bubbly personality is key. They are looking for sales super stars who get a buzz out of there sales and event planning.

About you:

* Previous experience in sales and events within hospitality, hotel or a venue
* Strong admin and organisational skills

We are currently looking for an experienced and well-presented Restaurant Manager for a landmark British restaurant in the heart of Wandsworth, South West London.
