Sous Chef – Stratford, East London – £35K – ASAP Start!

A strong Sous Chef is urgently needed to start as soon as possible for a fine dining restaurant in Stratford, East London.

A hospitality and catering industry background with a mix of Michelin and quality volume is essential to this position. You must be fully capable of running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, so must therefore have been a Sous Chef for at least a year already.

This is a new opening, so initially you should be dedicated and prepared to work extra hours, however once the brigade is full and business is stable the client will be aim to provide work/life balance at an incredible 7 shifts a week!

You will be working under an incredibly talented Head Chef with a fantastic background. You must be motivated to work hard and have a strong understanding of seasonal British produce.

Sous Chef – East London – Fine dining restaurant:

* Salary of up to £35,000pa
* Refined modern European cuisine
* Great East London location
* 7 shifts a week once brigade is full
* ASAP start!

What we need from you:

* Previous experience at Sous Chef level of at least 1 year
* Refined training or background – Rosette or Michelin standards
* Available to start straight away
* Passport or ID and visa where applicable
* Proof of address ie bank statement or utility bill
* Food hygiene certificate in line with hospitality and catering industry standards
* National Insurance Number
* 2 years of references supplied

SOUS CHEF – Stratford – London- 30K

* £30,000 per annum (adjustable according to candidate)
* Rotating roster (every other weekend off- amazing!)
* Approx 50hrs per week (including breaks)
* Southern Italian cuisine/ Pulgia region. Product experience preferable
* Casual Dining experience
* Be able to take charge of the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
* Maintaining a hygienic and safe kitchen
* 2 days off per week
* SOUS CHEF – Stratford – London- 30K
* Shifts starting from 10-11am / close approx. 11-12pm
