The candidate will be a key member of the Sales team offering sales support across the venues but specialising in one main venue.

The Role:

* Coordinate sales and upsell variety of options available
* Identify new sales opportunities
* Reactive and proactive sales of the venue and wider group of venues
* Implement sales strategies to drive sales and exceed revenue targets whilst increasing customer satisfaction
* Build relationships with 3rd party suppliers and maximise opportunities

About you:

* Previous experience in Sales within hospitality
* Commercial knowledge is essential
* Understanding of P&L accounts
* Strong admin and organisational skills

Due to continuing growth and development of the brands and venue collection, they are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team.

The candidate will be a key member of the Sales team and will be required to engage in pro-active and reactive sales enquiries hitting the ground running.

* Maximise sales and drive revenue
* Implement strategies to increase events sales
* Build on existing client relationships and seek out new opportunities
* Proactively drive new business sales, generating your own leads

Administrator

Change is a provider of hospitality staff based in Waterloo, and we’re looking for a positive and enthusiastic person to work with us supporting the team with various administrative and organisational tasks.

You’ll enjoy a truly unique, buzzy environment where you’ll meet lots amazing people. It’s a rewarding place to work and no two weeks are ever the same! The office is smart casual, flexi-time, and you’ll get 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and when there’s a month without a bank holiday we’ll give you one anyway! That’s about 38 days in total. You should be able to handle following tasks with ease:

* Acts as point of contact between teams and other departments
