F&B Development Director, Luxury Hospitality Company

Salary:£80-83K + competitive bonus + great benefits

This is an incredible role, for a highly experienced F&B Director with a strong business and commercial mind, a strategic leader with international brand experience who can direct the F&B strategy for this Luxury Hospitality Brand.

We are looking for someone who has previous development experience; with a group, across multiple venues or brands, with international experience that has the knowledge of diverse International clientele. Someone who is highly experienced, passionate, creative and a dedicated F&B Director to take on this exciting challenge.

* Focus on driving revenue and guest satisfaction whilst controlling costs
* Be a strategic commercial leader; whilst also being an inspirational and creative manager
* Provide F&B technical support to the day to day operation and project work.
* Full financial responsibility for revenue targets and costs
* Designing brand appropriate culinary propositions within budgetary constraints
* Deliver innovative beverage and dining propositions that maximise net revenue
* Consistently review, analyse, develop and improve, driving a culture of innovation
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Motivated, driven, ambitious and creative
* Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
* Strong Commercial acumen with an understanding and experiencing of managing large revenue and cost budget lines.
* Exposure of managing and leading change in multi-disciplined, multi customer teams.
* An ability to effectively balance product cost and quality.
* Proven track record in product development.

Based in Southampton, commutable from London (additional travel allowance per month)
