We are an incredibly busy café’ in the heart of South West London looking for an experienced chef to take the reigns of our popular establishment.

We serve gourmet breakfast and tasty healthy lunches using fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Our team comprises of 8 hungry and passionate chefs.

As a head chef you will be in charge of the team, the costings and service.

Menu creativity will be included in your role, provided the style in place is followed.

You will be working 6 shifts, and only 5 in winter!

Whilst Managing the Bar of this quality venue you will also oversee the development of the Bar concept for the group you will work alongside the General Managers of the individual sites to tailor the Bar offer accordingly. A large part of the role will be working on standards and ensuring that the teams are trained to the highest level.

About you:

* Must have proven experience within Bar Management
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and general restaurant procedure
* Be fully financially aware
* Working knowledge of licencing laws
* Must hold a personal licence
