A fantastic role for a Food & Beverage Manager has become available for a stunning Private Member’s Club in South West London. This venue caters for high-profile clientele in luxurious surroundings, offering the highest level of service. The fine-dining restaurants serves Modern European cuisine with a real focus on healthy eating and fitness.

As the Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the F&B department runs smoothly as well as managing the kitchen team and FOH staff. The role will be a very hands on floor based position so a confident and outgoing personality is essential.

The role offers fantastic development opportunities and long-term career progression within the company and an extensive in-house training programme. Previous experience in high-end Private Members Clubs is preferred.
